Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied. We inspect our shoes before shipping to make sure they are free of ANY defects.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please DO NOT mail any returns to us until you have submitted your request via email and have received a reply approving your return.
Clearance items – clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned
Sale items – sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
Items purchased from any online vendor other than Squeaker Sneakers
Items purchased through resale shops or other non-retail vendors
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Prior to sending your returned merchandise, please look up your order number. (Please see the section above regarding non-returnable items.)
Our goal is to make you happy!
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Squeaker Sneakers does not offer exchanges. All items must follow the returns process. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receiving a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Each pair of Squeaker Sneakers is handmade. Although rare, occasionally, we do get return requests for defective merchandise. Please email email@example.com if an item you received is damaged. Please include your order number and images of the damaged item.

Shipping your returned merchandise
Please DO NOT mail any returns to us until you have submitted your request and have received a reply approving your return.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with your return (defective merchandise excluded). We strongly recommend you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the event that we do not receive your product.
Squeaker Sneakers is not responsible for returned merchandise lost during shipping.
Again, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase as long as the shoes are returned in unworn condition and are in their original undamaged box within 30 days of the shipment date. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receiving a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Our experience has shown us that 95% of shoes sent back to us over 30 days are returned to us with OBVIOUS wear and/or damaged shoe boxes (sometimes no shoe boxes at all). This places us in an uncomfortable position. As a result, we will NO LONGER ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGES over 30 days of the shipment date.
